Debie Mingi
Senior Manager
Debie Mingi is an Audit Senior Manager with over 17 years of external audit experience. She joined Moore Stephens in 2018 following her career in Big 4 firms and exposures to markets in Asia and the Middle East. She has worked with clients in financial services, consumer business, manufacturing, media & entertainment, telecom, non-profit and on complex group audits, giving her broad exposure across diverse industries and markets.
In her current role, Debie works closely with Audit Directors to support the development and growth of the audit practice in Jersey. She oversees teams across Jersey and Manila, contributing to coordination, quality delivery, and team development. She also leads the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion team, a pillar of Moore’s Social Ambition, supporting the firm’s commitment to creating a positive social impact.
Outside of work, Debie enjoys travelling, discovering new places, and exploring a variety of cuisines. She keeps active through yoga and outdoor activities like cliff walking around Jersey, while also appreciating the quieter pace of cosy winter days indoors.
